We advise wearing leggings and a T-shirt, basically comfortable workout clothes. It is Important to have the back of your knees covered and it's preferable not to wear baggy pants or too baggy t-shirts and NO zippers as these get caught on the silks and hoops.

The reason that we offer an “Intro to aerials” for 4 weeks rather than casual drop in sessions is because starting aerial arts can be challenging and there are important techniques and safety considerations to learn. We require a brief but consistent commitment of 4 weeks from you to learn the basics before you can join a beginner class. If you miss a session or two you can still join a beginner class, sometimes some students choose to repeat intro. The intro course is extra supportive and can be repeated.
